CAREER DAY

‘Career’ is an individual’s metaphorical journey through learning,work and other practical aspects of their life. A realistic career plan not only serves as a catalyst to personal growth but also works towards the holistic development of an individual. 

Career day workshop is a unique introductory approach to career planning in the field of psychology, that throws light on its importance and the attainable methodology associated with it.

It encompasses the various career options available to students of every stream. This one day exposure includes:  

  • Identifying skills
  • Tapping on career resources 
  • Different career options in the  field of psychology (psychologists, counselors, life coaches, psychotherapists, clinical psychologists etc)
  • Career talk by professionals (associated experts in the field of clinical psychology)
  • Field exposure (visit and interaction in ngo/ special school) 
  • Linking education with realities of work
  • Tracing roots of psychology in different fields of work 
  • Why pursue a career in psychology?

All the reference material (university and college information) along with the blueprint of the entire discussion during the workshop will be provided to the students. 
All activities performed during the workshop will be strictly carried out and explained by professionals on board.

This program has a dual approach that caters to both teachers as well as the students. It involves teaching resources and discipline plans practiced through self-help activities, interactive discussions and role-plays.

Differentiating between:

  • Self-Awareness
  • Self-Management

  •  Relationship Management

Exposure and Desensitization:

  •  Interactive case discussion

Building Emotional Intelligence through Psychological exposure :

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Expressive Art Therapy

The one-day program includes an Emotional Intelligence Kit and a Certificate.

 

GENDER NEUTRALITY INTERVENTION PROGRAM

This program has a dual approach that caters to both teachers as well as the students. It involves teaching resources and discipline plans practiced through self-help activities, interactive discussions and role-plays.

  • Gender Roles

Exploring Gender Identity through Psychological exposure:

ANTI BULLYING INTERVENTION PROGRAM
